Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team and play an important role in measuring the success and impact of our event technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on event data to provide valuable insights that demonstrate the value of our services to clients and inform future product development. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, event technology, and translating data into actionable insights. You will report to the Head of Operations and collaborate closely with various teams, including event managers, sales, and product development.

Responsibilities 

● Data Collection and Integration: 

○ Gather data from various sources, including Zicket's ticketing platform, event management systems, and other relevant sources. 

○ Develop and implement processes for effi cient data collection, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 

○ Integrate data from different sources into a centralized reporting system.

● Data Analysis and Interpretation: 

○ Analyze event data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ticket sales, revenue generated, attendee demographics, customer satisfaction, and platform usage. 

○ Use statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that demonstrate the value of Zicket's solutions. 

○ Interpret data to identify areas for improvement in event operations, marketing strategies, and product development. 

● Report Development and Presentation: 

○ Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports that effectively communicate key fi ndings, trends, and recommendations to clients, internal teams, and management. 

○ Develop standardized reporting templates and dashboards to track and visualize key metrics. 

○ Present reports in a compelling and easy-to-understand format, tailoring the content to different audiences.

● Client Reporting and Communication: 

○ Prepare customized reports for clients that demonstrate the value and impact of Zicket's solutions on their events.

○ Communicate effectively with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize their event strategies.

○ Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional reporting services and support. 

Skills

● Bachelor's degree 

● Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in data analysis and reporting, preferably within the events or technology industry.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. 

● Advanced profi ciency in data visualization tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). 

● Experience with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 

● Strong understanding of event technology and ticketing systems.

● Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
