To date we have reached nearly 20 million consumers through more than 200 events.


Job Description

With an exciting line-up of new and returning events, we are rapidly expanding our team to support our growing calendar. As we scale, we are looking for energetic marketing professionals for various roles across multiple events and properties to enhance our efforts and drive success in a competitive and dynamic industry where your marketing skills can make a real impact.


· Conceptualise and execute brand campaign and event marketing strategies, focusing on digital, content, PR, and performance marketing

· Write marketing materials in English and Chinese for the website, EDMs, social media, and other channels

· Manage digital and social media platforms (Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.) including development, maintenance, and scheduling of content calendar

· Manage and execute onsite event marketing initiatives aligned to the marketing strategy and brand positioning

· Analyse and report on marketing performance across different campaigns and platforms

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including content creators, designers, external agencies, brand partners, and senior management) to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time, in budget, and on brand

· Conduct market research on competitors and stay updated on industry best practice and emerging trends in event marketing to enhance strategies and tactics

· Handle ad hoc duties and special projects assigned by managers


Requirements:

· Positive attitude, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced situations

· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Traditional Chinese is required (Cantonese is mandatory; Mandarin is preferred)

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

· A keen eye for detail and proactive organisational skills

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline

· Flexibility to work outside of office hours to support events as required

· 3-5 years of experience – candidates with slightly more or less experience may be considered for selected roles


What We Offer:

· Base Salary HKD23,000 to HKD30,000 per month

· 5-day work week (occasional weekend and public holiday work will be required)
